If Alex Murdaugh can get another trial, don’t tell me a first-time home buyer can’t get shot at homeownership. 😏
Bad timing, credit hiccups, or a ‘no’ from another lender doesn’t mean the case is closed… sometimes you just need a better defense team. 🏡⚖️

Weekend hustle looks a little different over here… and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

While most people are clocking out, this is when my realtor partners are making things happen — so I’m right there with you.

✔️ 3 loan applications completed
✔️ 1 earnest money contract ready to roll
✔️ 5 calls with new buyers who are excited (and maybe just a little nervous)

This is exactly why availability matters in this business. Deals don’t wait until Monday, and neither do I.

To my realtor partners — if you’re out there showing homes, writing offers, and answering texts at all hours… just know you’ve got a lender doing the same right alongside you.
