She is retired and has over 3 years of experience in agriculture.

In addition to her work on the farm, Debbie is an active leader in her community—serving on her county Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee, and volunteers with Cooperative Christian Ministry.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of the Catawba County Soil & Water Conservation Board Chair Steve Killian. Steve joined the board in 2015 and served faithfully as the board chair since 2022. Steve, along with his leadership, knowledge and friendship will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
