The Lobby at Shawna Owens State Farm will be closed until further notice. We have to wait until the water recedes to gain access to our building and being evaluating damages. We WILL be open via phone/text/email. If you need support, please call or text 765-825-8050. You can also email [email protected]. If you need to drop off a payment while the Lobby is not accessible, please contact me via call or text and we will find a solution for you. If you need to file a non-flood related claim on your home or auto policy, please use your State Farm App or call 800-732-5246 for the QUICKEST service. Our homeowners policies do not cover FLOOD. If you have a FLOOD claim, and I manage your FEMA Flood policy, please contact my office for support. If you have water backing up through pipes into your home, you MAY have coverage. Text us and we'll provide guidance. Our hearts go out to everyone that's been impacted by this event, in Cambridge, Milton, Richmond, Liberty, Brookville, Laurel, Metamora, Rushville, Shelbyville and the surrounding communities. . We will be returning messages as quickly as possible today 8/13/26, while we also are out in the community providing support to local homeowners and businesses. Be safe and do not attempt to access your home if underwater, or cross flood waters. Things can be replaced, people can't.

Wow, what an experience. Got to spend some time with amazing people at Pay It Forward in New Braunfels, TX where I engaged with like-minded Agents and aspirants to build better businesses for our communities. So glad for this opportunity and for the pleasant surprise of seeing some of my peers from my time as an Agent-intern back in early 2022. Thank you to my amazing customers who gave me grace while I took this time away to grow as their Agent. Thank you to Scott Smith and Saxton Consulting for opening my eyes. Thank you to Alberto and Saad, from my internship days, for their advice. And thank you to Michaela, the best sister a girl could ask for, who traveled with me and learned by my side, so that I didn't chicken out. I learned that it takes a village to protect a village. I'm building mine so that I can support ours :)

🌟🍋 Due to the rain on Friday, we've decided to host another Donation Only Lemonade Stand & Cookie Sale for the Fayette County Animal Shelter! 🎉 Join us on Wednesday, June 18th, from 2 PM to 5 PM at Shawna Owens State Farm for another chance to enjoy some refreshing lemonade and delicious cookies! 🌟🍪

Just like before, this is a donation-only event, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Fayette County Animal Shelter. Plus, the shelter will be bringing along an adorable adoptable pet looking for a forever home! 🐶❤️
