It has been brought to our attention that scam calls are being received claiming to be from CSB. The phone number they are calling from looks like it is our phone number (440)599-8121. We will never call you and request your information. If you feel uneasy with a phone call from our staff, please ask for our name hang up and call us back directly.

Online scams are rising and CSB wants to help you notice and stop these scams.

· Be wary of unsolicited pop-ups.

· Don't trust phone numbers in pop-ups.

· Verify the source.

· Use an ad blocker.

· Report scams.

If you encounter a scam:

· Do not call the number provided.

· Close your browser or restart your computer.

· Run an antivirus scan.

· Change your passwords.

· Educate yourself and others.

· Report any shared banking information with your bank immediately.

CSB’s Annual Shred Day will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am to noon. Donations will be accepted for Maddox & Friends Cat Rescue. This event is open to the public. Please limit shred documents to 3 boxes or bags.
