Heather joined the Aaron Bussard State Farm team in January and brings 5 years of State Farm experience to our office.

As an Office Representative focused on customer service, one of the things Heather enjoys most about her role is having the opportunity to help people and take care of their needs.

When she's away from the office, you'll probably find Heather spending time with her family and grandkids or enjoying one of her favorite places — the lake! 🌊

She also loves watching for shooting stars ✨ and, when she's lucky enough to catch them, the Northern Lights. 🌌

This week, we're continuing our Meet the Team series and introducing you to Casey Prough!

When he's not at the office, he stays pretty busy. He recently started training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so you'll often find him at the gym after work. 🥊

Outside of training, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing Magic: The Gathering — and spending time with his wife Sam and daughter Kyleigh.

And here's something you probably wouldn't guess...

🎷🎹 He can play 8 different instruments!

Picking a favorite is tough, but it's pretty much a toss-up between the saxophone and piano.

Casey is an essential part of our team, and we're glad to have him representing our agency both in the office and throughout the community.
