We now serve more than 2,500 churches, related ministries, and non-profit organizations in North Carolina. In 1999, Steve Henry assembled a team of experienced insurance professionals in North Carolina with a passion for serving churches, related ministries, and non-profits. Steve had already successfully established an insurance agency with the same mission in the Mid-Atlantic States. Steve and A
merican Church Group, LLC joined together to form a new agency in North Carolina. Thus American Church Group of North Carolina began. Today, the American Church Group of North Carolina team includes six experienced account representatives who serve churches and related ministries throughout the state. Two of the six, Bruce Harriman and Curtis Knapp, have been with the agency from its beginning. Bruce, Curtis, and the rest of our account team members live and raise their families in the state of North Carolina, and have close ties to their communities and the ministries they serve. In addition to our account team members, who visit the churches, ministries, and non-profits we serve, American Church Group of North Carolina also has built a team of knowledgeable customer service professionals. They provide prompt and courteous service to the 2,500 churches, schools, camps, denomination offices, and non-profit organizations we service throughout the state. Because they work daily with a wide range of ministries having a wide variety of needs, our customer service professionals understand ministries much like the members of our account team do. Our team strives to provide the highest level of service to our customers. The work we do helps ministries like yours focus on the work you have been called to do. We like to think that our continued growth is evidence of our professionalism, knowledge of the insurance industry, and most importantly, our understanding of the unique needs of the ministries we serve.
