Our very own Douglas Gibb, Executive Vice President of Workers’ Compensation, took the stage today at the 80th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference and 37th Annual Safety & Health Conference.

Doug joined industry leaders for the session, “Personal Productivity vs. Enterprise AI: Choosing the Right Approach for Workers’ Compensation,” exploring how organizations can thoughtfully approach AI and determine where it can have the greatest impact across workers’ compensation.

We’re proud to have Doug representing Athens and sharing his experience and perspective as our industry continues to evolve.

CAJPA 2026 is right around the corner!

That’s a wrap on picnic season!

Our San Diego team closed out the season with a beautiful day at Tidelands Park in Coronado. The team enjoyed a local food truck, games including kickball and a water balloon toss, prizes and plenty of time together outside the office.

They also gave back by collecting non-perishable food donations for the San Diego Food Bank, making the day about more than just celebrating together.

A great way to end another fun season of Athens picnics!

Our Texas team recently came together in San Marcos for a day of fun, friendly competition, and time together.

From bowling and arcade games to great food, raffle prizes, and a beach-themed celebration, it was a chance for our Dallas and San Antonio teams to connect outside the office. Congratulations to Veronica, our highest bowler of the day with a score of 99!

Thank you to everyone who made the day such a success. We're already looking forward to the next one.
