Hello everyone,
Our annual meeting will be December 14 @ 7:30 at the Emily and Amy circle.
There are only 3 things that will be voted on and am hoping that they can be taken care of beforehand.
Please vote on these by sending an email to [email protected] and in the subject line please put “2019 Vote”.

#1 is a proposal to amend the bylaws.
Currently Article III Section 1 reads=
, and each subsequent regular annual meeting of the members shall be held on the same day of the same month of each year thereafter,
Proposal to change it to =
, and each subsequent regular annual meeting of the members shall be held on June 30th at the traffic circle at the intersection of Amy Way and Emily Way thereafter,
The reason behind this bylaws change proposal is that it is currently set to December 14 at a place to be determined by the board. This way, going forward, anyone who moves into the neighborhood or currently living here, will know exactly when and where. Also, by changing it to the middle of the summer, it is still light out and there is a hope of a higher attendance rate.

#2 Annual dues $75 per home
The proposed budget for 2020 is $7,272
Electric $3,000
Mowing $1,900
Insurance $1,600
Lighting maintenance $550
Administration supplies $150
PO Box $72

#3 Board members.
The nomination committee recommends that Rob Kleiner joins the board.
Thank you

Digsafe has been out and all utilities have been marked. Brochu Nursery will be out sometime today to plant the trees that were purchased in 4 out of our 5 circles. We are asking if every body can just keep an eye out from here on out to make sure that no one is doing anything to deface or to ruin these trees. Your cooperation of greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. The Sandwood Crossing HOA Board

Homeowners: just to give you an update, Digsafe will be out within the next few days to mark the traffic circles so the planting of the trees can begin next week. We fell a little behind as our original landscaper bowed out but we have hired Brochu (a reputable company where the owners were personally known) who are working with us to get this done in a cost effective and speedy manner. If you could please be on the lookout for anyone removing the flags on the circles, that would be a huge help as we need all the markings left where Digsafe puts them! Thank you so much. Annual meeting notices and invoices for 2015 HOA dues were mailed out from Manchester in bulk over 3 weeks ago...I've heard from a few homeowners that they never received them.

Can you PLEASE let me know if anyone received theirs because if not, I will resend them again ASAP and extend the due date for 2015 payments!!!

Just to let everyone know, our electrician was out Friday and as expected, the issue with the lights at Amy/Emily and Ty/Emily does not appear to be a problem that is within his control to fix. It has something to do with the new homes being built as the lights went out the very day they started digging on Amy. This exact problem happened last year as well with the same circle in Amy. The electrician is going to contact Unitil to see if there is anything they can assist with but for the time being, we truly appreciate your patience as we know that it can be very frustrating to be in the dark! We will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as we can but being that this is not a problem out of our control and is a problem potentially with the utilities lines, it may take a little extra time to resolve. Thank you!

Due to the delay in the city marking the appropriate utilities and the fact that we are into the warm temperatures of July, the landscaper we hired suggested delaying the planting of the tress until September!!

06/19/2014

UPDATE: Just to make everyone aware, DigSafe is backed up on their tickets so it may be another week or so before they finish marking the utilities on the circles. Once they are all marked, the landscaper we contracted to plant will come out and make sure there are no additional issues that will arise from planting. Thank you for your continued support in our community!!

In our continued effort to make our development look beautiful, we are in the process of having trees planted in the centers of 4 out of the 5 traffic circles this coming week (all but the circle on the northern end of Alice Drive). In preparation for this, the landscaper we contracted to do the work has put grade stakes in the 4 circles as a requirement per DigSafe. Therefore, the board is asking all homeowners to please work with us and make sure that your children and/or pets remain off the circles for the next few weeks/months. Once the trees are planted, they will need time to grow without being disturbed. If you notice that your neighbors are not on Facebook and will not see this post, please share this information with them.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!
