We’re proud to support conversations that help strengthen Michigan businesses.

Today, Lincoln Capital Funding was honored to sponsor “Michigan’s Future on the Ballot: How the 2026 Election Could Impact Your Business,” hosted by the Novi Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Michigan Chamber of Commerce.

A huge thank you to Wendy Block, Executive Vice President of Business Advocacy for the Michigan Chamber, for sharing her insight into the issues, races and policy decisions that could shape Michigan’s business climate in 2027 and beyond.

As a small business ourselves, we know how important it is for business owners and community leaders to understand what’s happening beyond the day-to-day, and how decisions being made today could impact our businesses, our employees and the communities we serve tomorrow.

We’re proud to invest in opportunities that bring people together, encourage informed conversations and help strengthen the local business community.

Another $300 for the Novi Community School District 💚

As the year starts winding down, the mortgage world usually slows down with it, and in the rate/economic environment we’re in at the moment, every closing feels a little more meaningful.

But we’re still closing. Still helping people buy and refinance homes. And still keeping the commitment we made at the beginning of the year:

For every loan Lincoln Capital Funding closes, we donate $100 to the Novi Educational Foundation.

September added another $300, bringing us to $3,300 donated so far in 2026.

I’ve said it before, but this is one of my favorite things we’ve done as a company. Lincoln Capital Funding is a small, family-owned business, and Novi is the community where we live, work, raise our family, and build this business. Being able to take a little piece of every closing and put it right back into our local schools just feels right.

We’ve still got a few months left in 2026, so hopefully this isn’t the last check 😉

A mortgage is more than a loan.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about what Lincoln Capital Funding really stands for, and more importantly, the impact I want this company to have on the people we serve.

I keep coming back to one idea: Unlock What’s Possible.

Because a mortgage means something different to everyone. At its core, the right mortgage is the key to possibilities. Your first home. More space for a growing family. A fresh start. Getting out from under crushing debt. Building wealth through real estate. Moving closer to the people you love. Or creating a place that's yours.

The mortgage itself isn't the goal. It's what the mortgage makes possible.

That's a big part of why I started Lincoln Capital Funding. I wanted to build a mortgage company that sees the person behind every loan, takes the time to understand what they're setting out to accomplish, and helps them find the right path to get there.

My job isn't simply to get you a mortgage. It's to listen, educate, guide, and make a complicated process feel simple, because what matters most isn't the loan itself, but what it allows you to do next.

Today we made our June donation to the Novi Educational Foundation, bringing our 2026 total to $2,100.

$2,100 may not sound like a huge number to some. But for a small, family owned business, it’s meaningful. More importantly, every dollar represents the trust our clients placed in us while navigating one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

At Lincoln Capital Funding, we committed to donating $100 to the for every loan we close in 2026 because we believe business should be about more than profit. Supporting our schools, students, and community isn’t an obligation, it’s a privilege.

To every client, referral partner, friend, and family member who has supported us this year: thank you. These donations are possible because of the trust and relationships that make our business possible.
