Northeast Washington's own dynamic quilting duo Valerie Lamont and Judy Lockner just keep the good vibes coming, and their appreciation for our veterans, by gifting another handcrafted quilt to a local veteran. Pend Oreille County Commissioner Robert Rosencrantz drew the winning entry at this month's TEDD Board of Directors meeting. The lucky recipient is Coast Guard veteran and Kettle Falls resident Darla Clowser.

The ladies also brought the next quilt that will be given to a veteran residing in Ferry, Stevens or Pend Oreille county in October, just in time for Veterans Day. Please see a link in the comments for how you can enter!
