Michele O'Neill I'm a military wife, I rescue Airedale Terriers, I garden, I crochet and best of all.. I do mortgages I’m also a proud military wife of over 30 years.

Real estate has been part of my life for more than two decades. I started out as a Realtor back in 1998, helping families find their perfect homes, and later transitioned to the lending side in 2015—where I discovered how rewarding it is to help people make their homeownership dreams a reality from a different angle. That journey has shaped who I am—teaching me patience, adaptability, and the importance of community wherever life takes us. When I’m not working, you can usually find me in the garden tending to something green, volunteering in the community, or spoiling my nieces and nephews. And if there’s an Airedale Terrier nearby, there’s a good chance it’s one I’ve rescued (or at least tried to!).

So good to be home in Georgia and just in time for the monthly Sassy Sisters luncheon.

These ladies are some of the OGs of real estate. I learned most of what I know from to these ladies… both good and bad! 🤣.

It’s crazy to think that i’m coming up on 28 years in the real estate industry. I got my real estate license in December of 1998 and then moved over to the mortgage side in 2015.

I’m still having fun doing what I do and working with some of the best young agents alongside the OGs❤️.

Not everyone fits in the easy loan box and I'm not one to shy away from a difficult transaction or particular type of loan, no matter how complex it can be. Darin was referred to me by a local referral partner in the hopes that I could help him get pointed in the right direction. He wasn't buying anywhere near the states I'm licensed in, but a veteran in need is one of my favorite folks to help. 💚 I listened to what an online lender was telling him and knew in my gut that we could help him. I was able to connect him to a team member in Indiana and sure enough, we got the deal closed for him yesterday. I got this update from him a couple days ago and I am thrilled that we could make it happen for him.

"Hey Michelle, this is Darin, I wanted to give you an update since you told me to keep you posted. We officially received our clear to close today and, as long as the last couple documents get over, we should be closing tomorrow!

I also wanted to thank you for taking the time to help me from the beginning and for getting me connected with Chris.

This whole process ended up being a lot more complicated than I ever expected, and I really appreciate you taking the time to help me get approved and pointed in the right direction. It means a lot to me and my family.

We’re finally at the finish line! And again thank you so much for not just telling me it can't be done and actually taking the time to help figure it out!

I am very thankful to you, Chris & the rest of CMG, You guys rock! "
