**Job Title: Insurance Agent (Remote)**

Location: Ohio (Work from Home)

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Commission

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home with leads provided by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and managing insurance policies and ensuring that customers are offered the best possible coverage options.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs and educate them on coverage options.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients and generate quotes.
- Maintain and manage records of existing and potential clients.
- Meet tailored production goals through client-focused policy creation.
- Foster ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and business retention.
- Service and maintain existing policies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role; experience in sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem solving skills a must.
- Ability to manage your own time and direction to ensure accurate completion of all matters.
- Currently licensed in P&C is preferred (Life & Health is a plus!), but will train the right candidate.
