Last Friday, FMUB employees gathered in Beaver Dam to celebrate the retirement of Pat Frankenstein and honor an incredible 48-year career in banking—all with American Bank/Farmers & Merchants Union Bank! We were honored to be joined by Rose Oswald Poels, President & CEO of the Wisconsin Bankers Association, who helped us recognize Pat for her many years of dedication and service.

Throughout her career, Pat made a lasting impact, most recently serving as American Bank's Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the AmBanc Board. She has been an integral part of the history and success of both American Bank and Farmers & Merchants Union Bank, and we are incredibly grateful for all she has done. Join us in congratulating Pat on her retirement and thanking her for 48 years of dedication, leadership, and friendship. We wish Pat all the best as she begins this exciting, and hopefully relaxing, next chapter! 🎉

What a fantastic day on the course! 🏌🏽‍♀️🏌️‍♂️ FMUB employees had a great time at last week’s Prairie Ridge Health Foundation Annual Golf for a Cause Outing! We were proud to support this great event as an Eagle Sponsor and even more excited to have two FMUB teams out on the course! 🎉

FMUB employees had a fantastic time Tuesday evening at the National Night Out events in Columbus, Necedah, and Lodi! 🎉

It was wonderful to see such great turnouts in each community and so many neighbors coming together to connect, support one another, and celebrate what makes our communities so special. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We're already looking forward to next year! 💙

Last Friday, FMUB employees gathered in Beaver Dam to celebrate Heidi Elgersma as she prepares to retire at the end of the week! To help celebrate Heidi's 38 years of service to the banking industry, Rose Oswald Poels, President/CEO of Wisconsin Bankers Association, joined us to present Heidi with a plaque to commemorate her time in banking. While Rose was in town, we also got to recognize Ann Auten (42 years), Kathy Heim (35 years) and Tanya Sauer (30 years) for their service to the banking industry. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and dedication over the years! Please help us in congratulating them all and wishing a Heidi a great retirement! 🥳🎉

Thank you to everyone who attended our Fraud and Scams presentation on Monday night at the Watermark in Beaver Dam! It was a great turnout!

Our biggest takeaways were:
🚩Gift cards are for gifts for the people in your life that you ALREADY know
🚩Call KNOWN phone numbers to verify any information you may be questioning
🚩Anyone can be a victim- fraud does NOT discriminate based on age or background
🚩If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

As June comes to a close, we're looking back with gratitude on a great Dairy Month! 🐮🧀
Throughout the month, our team proudly supported our local agriculture and dairy communities by attending the Sauk County Dairy Breakfast (Sauk County Dairy Breakfast Community Page), the Columbia County Moo Day Brunch, (Columbia County Dairy Promotion Group) and the Dodge County Dairy Breakfast (Dodge County Dairy Promotion). In addition to volunteering, our staff handed out more than 1,500 pieces of WI string cheese in our branches to celebrate the hardworking farmers who help keep our communities thriving.
A big thank you to our employees and everyone who helped make this month's outreach such a success. Here's to continuing to support local agriculture all year long!
