Quinn Associates Director, Jim Emley, begins a new class of apprenticeships on July 10th. The apprenticeship consists of formal classroom in preparation for Insurance Institutes of America testing leading to an AIC (Associate In Claims) designation. Other topics will provide important knowledge of the means, methods and materials of residential construction; the use of popular digital remediation and restoration estimating software; and practical field experience.
With these in hand in March of 2018, the apprentices will begin a 16 month period of co-adjusting with one of our active and trained field staff. During this period training and experience will continue and broaden into commercial property losses and Quinn Associates Claims will sponsor the application for the RPA (Society of Registered Professional Adjusters) membership.
