Our owner and president, Kelly Craycraft, is the Partner Spotlight in the October 2026 issue of Fort Myers Real Producers.

LandSel was founded in 1992 by Kelly's father, Randall Craycraft. It has been family owned ever since, and with her son Braden now on our sales team, it is three generations strong. Today we have offices in Ohio and Southwest Florida, 48 team members, and one standard for every file. In Kelly's words:

Does the ex-spouse need to sign? It is in a trust, so who signs? Will this one go through probate? The borrowers are traveling, can they sign remotely? Can you help with a 1031 exchange?
