Hitting the ground running this Monday morning!
🏡 We’ve been out delivering welcome gifts to some of our local apartment communities and spreading a little Good Neighbor love! 🎁

🏠 DID YOU KNOW? A landlord’s insurance generally covers the building—not a tenant’s personal belongings. Renters insurance can help cover your belongings if they’re damaged or stolen, subject to policy terms, limits, and exclusions.
Whether you’re moving into your first apartment or have been renting for years, our team would be happy to help you explore your options.

What better way to wrap up Good Neighbor Month than by saying THANK YOU to some of the people who are always there for our community!

This week, our team had the pleasure of dropping off breakfast for our local firefighters.

We’re incredibly grateful for the time, dedication, and service they give to our community each and every day.
Being a good neighbor is all about showing up for one another—and we’re thankful to have some pretty amazing neighbors looking out for us! ❤️🚒

Being a good neighbor means showing appreciation for the people and businesses that help make our community great!

In celebration of Good Neighbor Month, our team dropped off Chick-fil-A lunch for one of our local body shop partners. We’re thankful for the relationships we’ve built with other local businesses and all they do to take care of our neighbors!
Here’s to supporting local, building relationships, and being a good neighbor—one lunch at a time!

Today some of our team stopped by West Georgia Oral and Facial Surgery to deliver lunch—because being there for our neighbors is what being a good neighbor looks like. ❤️
