My journey began in the heart of small-scale entrepreneurship. Growing up, I witnessed my family navigate the dynamic world of business, from lawn care to rebuilding roofs post-hurricane Katrina. This not only instilled in me an early appreciation for entrepreneurship but also exposed me to its challenges and victories. Post high school, I dedicated eight years to the Ohio Army National Guard. My tenure here wasn't just about serving the nation; it was a masterclass in leadership. Launching two warehouses from scratch, I oversaw everything from hiring to procurement and adaptive project management.
