Role Summary:
You will be responsible for:
Developing new business and growing existing commercial P&C accounts, with a focus on trucking/transport clients
Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and account development
Working with a multicultural client base, building relationships across languages and cultures
Collaborating internally with underwriting, service, and support teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
Key Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (or willing to obtain)
Proven track record in commercial lines P&C sales; experience in trucking/transportation is a big plus
Strong prospecting and closing skills; self-motivated and goal driven
Excellent communication skills; multilingual candidates highly desired (Somali language skills especially desirable)
Comfortable working with and growing a diverse cultural client base
Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed
