I recently purchased my forever retirement home in Harris County and Jenny was a gem during my real estate transaction. I had a VA loan and had heard about bad experiences others had with different lenders. This was not the case with my VA loan. Jenny was on top of things and the loan was processed and cleared to close in under 30 days! That's just how efficient Jenny was.
Here is what I appreciated:
The communication was very clear. Jenny was highly responsive.
The process of applying for the loan online was very smooth and the client portal captured everything I signed or needed to review throughout the process.

I would recommend Jenny at Cross Country Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a home. You won't regret it!
