Our office will be closed:
Friday 12/20 at noon for our agency holiday party.
Wednesday 12/25 and Thursday 12/26 for Christmas.
Wednesday 1/1/25 for New Years.

If you have a claims emergency, please call 614-481-4300 and dial 5 for our 24 hour customer service. You can also access your myTFW account to request changes to your policy, make payments, file a claim or get an ID card.

TFW has adopted a family again this Christmas season!! We had a great time shopping and wrapping the presents for the kids!! We are grateful that we can bring joy and happiness to this family during the holiday season!!

Our last day at 1500 Lake Shore Dr. We have made a lot of memories at this address and are looking forward to making a lot more at 155 E.Broad St.

We took a trip to the new office today!! Everything is coming together and we are so happy with how it turned out!! Two more weeks of final touches and we will be moving in!!

We are excited to announce that we are moving!! Our office will be closed Friday Oct 25, 2024, and will reopen on Monday Oct 28, 2024, at The Preston Centre in downtown Columbus.
