Mortgage rates ended the week at 6.64%, purchase apps slowed to 5% YoY, inventory rose to 713,549 and mortgage spreads were about 2%.

Hi there! Happy to help on your new home ownership journey or Refinance. Here is our online application to be completed. Few things to remember when filling out the application.

If you are applying for credit jointly with someone else on the application, click "applying for joint credit" at the beginning of the application. It will ask you to enter their email address and will send them a link to access the application.

You do not need to complete the liabilities section, once we pull the credit report these will auto populate.

On the last page of the application there are two boxes. One is checked to authorize credit pull. The second box you ONLY check if you want to receive homeowners' insurance quotes.

We also will need last two paystubs received and your 24 and 25 W-2's to review. These can be emailed to wisecraig92@yahoo. com or sent via text to 614 578 6517 or uploaded into the application, whichever is easiest for you!

If you have any questions or need assistance when completing just give me a call at cell below! Once you complete and authorize, we can take over and modify/correct anything as needed 🙂

Once we have application and income documentation we will work on it right away, won't take more than a day : )
