If you thought the service and amenities at Brown Family Insurance & Financial Services were good before, you'll be blown away with all the new changes because everything just got a whole lot better.
Recently, I purchased all new, top of the line, laptops for every employee at my agency. These laptops link with our Samsung S23 Ultra smartphones in a way that makes email, messaging, and quoting so much faster, more organized, and safer for employees and our clients. This allows my employees to provide you with service right now, not just once they are back in office or when they can get in front of their computer.
On top of the new computers, I have purchased extra software programs that will help with workflow, workload, organization, and security. The new software programs will make my employees' lives much easier as it will take less time and be less stressful to complete tasks that will make their days easier. My employees will be able to schedule appointments with clients or prospects to discuss their policy or quotes. If you feel more comfortable having a conversation in person but can't make it to the office, a Zoom meeting can be scheduled to have that in-person experience with you. You'll be able to have face to face time with your agent and view the policy you're discussing via these meetings.
If our clients should need to sign documents for the insurance company, no more of them having to print, sign, and return back to us. My employees have access to send you the forms electronically to sign and return. This gives you the opportunity to eliminate forgetting to send them back into the insurance company. It will also send you friendly reminders to complete the forms should you need reminders.
We are also no longer using Google for anything. Every employee now has their own dedicated Microsoft account that affords them their own dedicated email, teams communication, Outlook calendar, and a lot more. My employees email is set up with an authenticator. This will require my employees to verify their accounts through their phone before being able to access anything linked to their business account. This extra level of protection ensures that we continue to stay up to date with the best technology to protect our clients' information from a potential cyber attack or data breach.
With all the new software and programs, I make sure
my agents' lives are easier, faster, and more efficient. I'm all for it. I'll spend any amount of money that makes my agents better. Not only does it help my employees, but it also helps our clients.
