Now Hiring: Personal Lines Account Manager

The Rinehart Insurance Agency, LLC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team!

With office locations in Columbiana and Clanton, Alabama, we're seeking a motivated insurance professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most.

- Duties

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:

-Deliver exceptional customer service to our personal line's clients.
-Review and remarket existing accounts to ensure clients receive the best coverage and value.
-Quote new business and assist with policy rewrites.
-Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy changes.
-Conduct annual coverage reviews and proactively identify coverage gaps.
-Educate clients on insurance options and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
-Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting and policy issues.
-Support producers with account retention and new business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system.
-Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and trusted advice.

Qualifications

-Active Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License.
-Minimum of *3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience* (agency experience preferred).
-Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, flood, and other personal insurance products.
-Experience remarketing policies with multiple insurance carriers.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Positive attitude and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

As the owner and lead Commercial Lines Producer, Torie is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. Her approach to insurance goes far beyond policies and premiums—she genuinely cares about the people she serves and works hard to provide guidance, education, and solutions when clients need them most.

When she's not helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance, Torie is busy wearing one of her favorite hats—Mom. She and her husband are raising five children, including three nieces and nephews who have become an important part of their family. Most evenings and weekends, you'll find her cheering from the sidelines at ballgames, school events, and activities while somehow balancing the demands of running a growing business.

Torie's heart for serving others, both personally and professionally, is what makes The Rinehart Agency more than just an insurance agency—it's a place where relationships matter.

To say Jennifer wears many hats would be an understatement. She is truly the backbone of our agency and plays a major role in keeping both our commercial lines department and daily office operations running smoothly. From managing complex commercial accounts to helping support our team behind the scenes, she is involved in just about every moving part of the agency.

Jennifer is known for her incredible work ethic, leadership, and dedication to both our clients and our staff. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our clients are taken care of while also helping mentor, guide, and support our team every single day.

Around the office, we often joke that she is Torie's “right and left hand” because there is rarely a challenge she cannot help solve. Her knowledge, loyalty, and willingness to always step in wherever needed make her an irreplaceable part of The Rinehart Agency.
