United Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Teller. This role is key to delivering the exceptional service our customers expect while ensuring accuracy in everyday financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing)
• Balance cash drawer daily with a high level of accuracy
• Promote bank products and services that meet customer needs
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account information
• Willingness to learn new tasks and expand banking knowledge
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cash-handling or banking experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
