After 41 years of proudly serving our community, we want to inform you that Mid America Mortgage Services, Inc. will be closing our business on December 31, 2025.

As our upper management team is approaching retirement and due to the recent industry changes, including the exit of many ARM lenders and the rapid evolution of mortgage technology, we have made the difficult decision to close.

This decision was not made lightly. Over the past four decades, we’ve been honored to help thousands of families achieve homeownership, and we are incredibly proud of the trust you have placed in us.

Jeanie was inducted this past Saturday and a few of our staff were able to surprise her! In addition to this special honor for Jeanie dedication to Special Olympics, Jeanie and her daughter Sarah are the first Mother and Daughter to be in the Special Olympics Hall of Fame!
