Marylanders call me with shocked comments that Carefirst lowered their rates. Just a reminder the Maryland reinsurance program lowered your rates ! One year of reprieve, Yay

"Chet Burrell, the CEO of CareFirst, informed the broker community at the CareFirst Broker Forum that commissions for the individual, under 65 market in MD, DC and VA will cease effective 1/1/2018. And.....
They are raising their rates 20-50%!!
I guess they will use the Tax Paid Exchanges as their Marketing Arm.
