Did you know Columbia has lost 22% of its tree canopy over the past 18 years? That’s something worth paying attention to.

We LOVE seeing programs like 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞, which gives qualifying homeowners 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬 to plant on their property and help bring back the canopy in our community.

And this one is personal for us—we’ve taken advantage of the program ourselves and planted free trees on our own property!

This is not restricted to churches and schools - all nonprofits in need are welcome.
