I really love teaching.

Not because I think I have all the answers. I don’t.

But I’ve spent a lot of years in this business learning what works, what doesn’t, and what I wish somebody had told me sooner.

Getting in a room with real estate agents and loan officers, talking through the hard stuff, sharing what I’ve learned, and watching something finally click for somebody… that never gets old.

If something I’ve learned the hard way can make someone else better at their job, more confident in who they are, or a little less overwhelmed by this business, I’m happy to share it.

Turns out, teaching might be one of my favorite parts of what I get to do.

My job looks a little different these days.

You may see me jet-setting across (driving a suburban to) the world (the Southeastern US) to inspire other LOs to grow a successful business… & I love that part!

Surrounding yourself with people who see your vision is so important.

Being willing to be vulnerable in front of a group of your peers is powerful.
