As a leader, I’ve always believed that if an LO puts their trust in you, you owe them more than just numbers and production goals.

You owe them guidance.
Honest conversations.
Real education.
And someone willing to actually help them grow instead of just telling them to “work harder.”

Sometimes that means helping them structure their business better.

Sometimes it means helping them navigate hard conversations.

Sometimes it means reminding them they’re capable when they’re doubting themselves.

Anybody can recruit people.
Not everybody is willing to pour into them.

The best part of this business will always be watching someone gain confidence, find their voice, and build something sustainable for themselves. That matters more to me than any leaderboard ever will.
