Khayla Toyer and I were best friends in Pre-K. I recently had the opportunity to help her little sister purchase her first home. Before Christal Nicole and I connecting she was working with another lender.. things fell apart for the better!
Valerie Val Vines Toyer came across my Facebook and recommended me! We got the deal done and Christal was able to receive a $17,500 grant! She needed less than $2000 at settlement!
Congratulations Christal! Thank you soo much Mrs. Toyer for the assist!
