Celebrated a land closing in Callaway County yesterday!

Back in February, these borrowers reached out with a dream: purchase a home and land at the same time. After getting them fully preapproved for both, they hit the ground running.

They found their perfect home first (which we closed last month!), and while that was underway, the ideal piece of land popped up. Offer submitted, offer accepted, and we rolled right into making their land loan happen! Two closing within 30 days! 🥳

Tuesday after Memorial Day was a busy one, with a second closing this afternoon! 🥂

Started my morning at Boone-Central Title Company (BCT) getting to celebrate a special day for this sweet borrower!

Helping her get to the closing table was such a rewarding experience! With guidance from Ariel LeComte, Realtor, she was able to find the perfect home and I was so glad we could also secure her a great rate with MCU's rate relief program!

This one definitely had a few more bumps and curves than others, but that is just a reminder why its so important to have a team of local professionals in your corner when buying a home!
