We are seeking a dependable and motivated Licensed Runner (or an individual willing to obtain licensure) to join our team for evening and weekend shifts. This position requires professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in an environment that can shift between fast-paced activity and quieter periods requiring independent productivity.

• Licensed Runner through the South Carolina Department of Insurance or actively pursuing licensure
• Candidates seeking licensure must be able to complete the required course and pass the state exam within a three-month timeframe
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills
• Ability to obtain, comprehend, and accurately apply information
• Capable of working independently and self-sufficiently after training

🚨MAN PREVIOUSLY ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING ARRESTED AGAIN RELATED TO SEXUALLY EXPLICIT MATERIAL INVOLVING CHILDREN🚨

Timothy Ulness (24) was re-arrested today, August 11. RCSD’s Fugitive Task Force and Special Response Team arrested Ulness on an arrest warrant obtained after investigators found sexually explicit images and videos of children on Ulness’s cell phone.

During the ex*****on of the search warrant following his August 5 arrest, investigators found hundreds of files containing sexually explicit images and videos of children on his phone. Investigators are continuing to work and intend to bring more charges as the investigation continues.

Ulness is charged with Third Degree Exploitation of a Minor. Ulness will be booked at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. Sheriff Lott plans to attend Ulness's next bond hearing to request he receive an appropriate bond.
