Service, both personally and professionally.

My team and I along with other members at Equitable had a great time volunteering for The Hope Village in Baltimore. Their mission is to bring the costs of home ownership within the reach of low-income families. There are 13 households, and we were able to assemble furniture and get the houses move-in ready.

Financial services for us means helping people reach their goals and being of service to get them to that point. Having the opportunity to help a cause right in our backyard for people who may not have the means was something that meant a lot to our organization.

We were happy to be a part of this, and look forward to seeing the good that it does to our community!

Team picture after our annual Co****le Tournament. We had a taco food truck fuel us up, and had to finish some of the final games in the rain, but everyone had a great time!

Two of the advisors on my team Michael Belfiore and Trey Book had the opportunity to participate in our Accelerator Program. After two months of training and information, they put together business plans and graduated with flying colors.

I'm proud of everything that they've accomplished so far in their career. With this latest milestone, I can't wait to see all that they do next. Nice job Mike and Trey!

Had a great time in Kansas City for our annual managers conference last week. The sting of being at Arrowhead Stadium after the Ravens loss to the Chiefs was fixed with some authentic KC Barbeque. Got a lot of best practices from some of the top managers across the country that I was excited to bring back to the team here in Maryland. Looking forward to next year!

I'd like to take a moment to congratulate two of the advisors on my team, Michael Belfiore and Connor Howes. Both advisors were nationally ranked across the country in their respective classes due to the work they did in 2023. They have been working hard and are having a tremendous amount of impact for their clients. I look forward to seeing their continued success as they further their careers!

Another fun and successful yearly Turkey Bowl done with some of the local advisors in our Columbia MD branch to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday last week! Had pizza for lunch to kick it off, and after back and forth scores we had to move to kicking field goals to determine the winner. Great time and annual tradition for our advisors!

Really excited to announce the newest addition to my family! My wife and I welcomed our son into the world towards the end of August. The last couple of months we've been settling into the routine as new parents and have been loving every second. We're so thankful to our friends, families, coworkers, and clients who have congratulated and supported us on this journey so far.

Had a great time with Christopher Regan at the UMD Business School 2023 Fall Career Fair. Hats off to the staff at University of Maryland for making it such a well run event. They did a great job to help employers and students identify each other whether looking for internships or full time roles based on lanyard colors, and had a color on the name tag depending on what industry they were looking for.

Met some really great candidates and I'm looking forward to the interview process to see who's going to be a good fit for my team upon graduation!

For anyone who has met or had the pleasure of working with Trey, you'd know he wouldn't need an award to have that future of success. As one of the first advisors in the building, and one of the last to leave, he's constantly putting in the work for his clients to make sure they have proper guidance and quality advice to put them on the right track.

It's my pleasure to have the opportunity to present Trey with this award. He's been on my team and a part of the organization for just under a year and we know he's got a bright future ahead and that this is just the beginning. Congratulations Trey!
