Over the past month, TIA partnered with the Charlotte Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) to support a middle school in need. The SC Department of Insurance has reopened the application portal for the SC Safe Home Grant Program, which provides grants to eligible coastal homeowners to strengthen their homes against hurricanes and high winds.

Qualifying improvements include roof retrofits and structural reinforcements, among other upgrades that are proven to reduce storm damage and may also lower your homeowner’s insurance premium.
