A great closing for a young first time homebuyer who is the granddaughter of one of my dearest friends (a realtor back in the day) and we worked together a lot. Makes me realize just how old I am 😂 Grandma came to the closing and gave me the biggest hug. Makes me very thankful for all the friends I’ve met along the way in this career! Congrats Madelynn!! 🏡

Had a really great closing a couple weeks ago! So happy they finally found their property. They looked and looked for a long time and were so patient for “the one.”Shout out to Cary Faith Smith for her help with the legal description hiccup at the end. She worked so hard on this transaction!!
