The closing table was particularly satisfying on this purchase! This first time homebuyer, with specific property needs and location requirements, now lives in her dream home. Well done Karen!

How could this not make me smile 😊 ? I'm honored and especially since this was a challenging process for all involved. Everyone had to give a little to make this work and in the end I believe everyone was happy 🙌🏻! This is a great example of why a Buyer needs a Buyer's Agent!
