MEET OUR AGENCY MANAGER — RICHLAND COUNTY FARM BUREAU INSURANCE

Today, we’re proud to spotlight our Agency Manager, Jonathan Jeffcoat and the people who help make him who he is — his wife Tricia, and their two children.

Jonathan joined Farm Bureau in 2019 as an agent and has worked his way into agency leadership through hard work, determination, consistency, and a genuine commitment to serving others. His journey from agent to manager is a testament to what can happen when you’re willing to put in the work and continue growing.

As a leader, he is a team builder, coordinator, motivator, and encourager. He has a way of bringing energy to our office, keeping our team focused, and challenging us to be better every day. He constantly reminds us that excellent customer service isn’t something we provide once — it’s something we should provide consistently, with every customer, every time.

One of the things that makes him such a great manager is the way he hypes up our office and the people in it. He celebrates our successes, encourages us through challenges, and pushes us to take pride in the work we do for our customers and our community.

Behind every great leader is a family that supports them, and we’re so happy to recognize his wife and two children as part of his story. ❤️

We're more than coworkers. We're a family. From helping protect what matters most to our clients to sharing laughs along the way, we're proud of the relationships we've built with each other and with the community we serve.

Another agent we’d like to highlight is… Charlie Pace!

Charlie is originally from Orangeburg, SC, where he’s been working with Farm Bureau Insurance for the past 27 years.

When asked why he loves working for Farm Bureau, he said he enjoys “getting to know the families, people’s line of work, and their lifestyle.”

If Charlie could share any advice, it would be: “God first, family second and work hard so your family can be successful.”

We are excited to highlight agent Greg Drennan!

Greg was born in Pinehurst, NC and grew up in Winston-Salem, NC. Then, he moved to Myrtle Beach, SC where he lived for 25 years before relocating to Florence, SC last year to be closer to his offices.

Greg has been with South Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance for 6 years.

When asked why he loves working for Farm Bureau, Greg said: “I truly enjoy the opportunity to make an impact on our insured’s lives. We play such an important and vital role in protecting our insureds that we essentially become part of their family.”

Greg’s advice is to “make sure and cherish your loved ones and appreciate your friends.”
