A great closing on the books today! James and I worked through several different options to find the best fit for his situation. Huge shoutout to Riley for going the extra mile and even helping him move some things into the garage earlier this week. Everyone needs a Riley! Motto Mortgage Pathway's Grant McDonnell - Mortgage Loan Officer teamed up with Kelle Walters (Flat Branch Home Loans) last week to break down the homebuying process for first-time buyers, hosted by Arise Dwellings.

Arise Dwellings' model: purchase properties, make necessary repairs and improvements, appraise the homes, and sell them with built-in equity for the homebuyer. Pair that with the right financing plan, and homeownership gets a lot more attainable.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 2 months since Emily and Kyle’s closing!

Working with borrowers like them is exactly why I got into this business. They were great communicators, easy to work with, and made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish.

Looking back on a great event from June!

The Boys & Girls Club put on another fantastic annual pickleball tournament in support of a great cause! I had a great time representing Motto Mortgage while competing alongside Connor Janssen from Bank of Missouri. Although we didn’t take home the trophy, I’ll gladly take fourth place. Also, a big shout out to Sam Nassar for taking some awesome photos.

I’m always looking for opportunities to give back to the community like this. If you know of any upcoming charity tournaments or community events, please reach out, I’d like to be involved!

We had a great time last night with the Women's Council of Realtors - Central MO Network here in Columbia at Legacy Farms. Good laughs, good people, and I'm pretty sure someone called 0-64, 47 times.
