5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Mark Tibshrany by Lisa M - Mark was wonderful!!! He explained everything so well and made sure we understood everything he was telling us and the process. We had a zoom call and were able to look at the screen at the same time and it helped to understand everything so much better. He went above and beyond to help the purchase of our home when the buyer of our home, did not have a great lender (also with Guild, whom I would not recommend to anyone, Jason Burns) to guide them in this whole process. Which delayed our closing and put our family (family of 5 with three small children) in a bind for a week. If it wasnt for Mark we still would be waiting, or would have dropped the whole sale completely due to that lenders incompetence. I am sorry to have to have negative comments on this survey, but I never received a survey on behalf of Jason Burns. I am applaud at the lack of communication and their (Jason Burns) ability to do ones job, when their job is to soley guide buyers and sellers of homes.
I will 1000% sing Mark Tibshrany's praises and highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a great lender! If it wasn't for him, and I soley had my experience with Jason Burns to go off of, I would have to give Guild Mortgage a 0 out of 10 rating and suggest they look else where.
Final words and thoughts, Mark Tibshrany deserves a raise!
