Job Description:
As an ATM Technician, it is your responsibility to keep our units operational and maintain customer satisfaction. Technicians primarily work in the call center to troubleshoot issues with ATM owners and other technicians and work in the shop to repair and clean ATMs. Technicians are also responsible for programming new ATMs for placement. Technicians occasionally travel to ATM locations to repair the unit or install a new ATM placement. Technicians have the first point of contact with clients; personal hygiene is essential because of the customer interaction associated with this position. Therefore, business casual attire and maintaining personal hygiene are necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Program, clean, and repair new and refurbished ATMs for placement.
2. Working in the call center to troubleshoot issues regarding ATMs with customers via phone or email.
3. Occasional travel to repair an ATM onsite or set a new ATM placement.
4. Must be able to work the primary hours of 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. Technicians must be available to work outside of normal business hours; including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Required Skills:
1. Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or through email.
2. Must be able to use a computer, including basic programs like Microsoft Word and Google Chrome.
3. Strong networking skills.
4. Experience working with Wi-Fi and basic networking is preferred but not required.
5. Must be able to use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and drills necessary to work on ATMs.
6. Must be able to lift up to 150lbs. Use of handcart & Team lift policies.
7. Must be able to learn ATM programming and how to troubleshoot issues with the ATM.
8. Candidates with experience or knowledge in sales are encouraged to apply but are not needed.
9. Must be able to pass a background check and occasional random drug tests.

11. Technicians will drive company vehicles; potential applicants must be insurable.
12. These skills are preferred but not all required, willing to train the right applicant.
