Let me just say upfront, he is the absolute best that anyone could ask for. There are so many issues and stumps that must be avoided and Tim knows where all of them are. As you know, it is difficult to decide where you should rent or you should buy. This kept me up nights Tim sent us a spreadsheet that allowed us to review this issue from every angle. I can assure you this was incredible. Initially I wanted to rent, but after I went over and over what he sent us, I decided to buy. It was the right decision. Tim and Mr. Unruh was there for us in every instance. Tim got together a team from all aspects of buying and selling a house at the same time using VA. Needless to say that is not something that is easy to do but he pulled it off with ease. There was never a glitch in communication. They were always there for us. I could go on, but I’ll just tell you Tim and his team are the absolute best. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. Drop the Mic.

Will Unruh (Our personal lending agent) always answered calls or returned them within minutes and always kept us updated as to our progress and what was still needed. Tim called me to discuss interest rates and gave me insight into what the industry was forecasting moving forward in an uncertain economy which was very helpful. Tim also has a very easy to use portal for viewing documents and showing what is still needed for underwriting. DocuSign made everything hassle free. Thanks Will and Tim GREAT SERVICE!!!!
