Property #5 is where we met Wayne & Denise, the sellers. Wayne had tried for a long time to update their house but had been diagnosed Septic and his health was failing. We spoke often with them especially when they had to stay beyond our possession date due to Wayne's health. As they packed up the truck to move to Kansas, their parting wish was that we sent them photos. Took us a while to undo some of the renovation they'd done due to code problems but we got it sparkling and ready for late November. Ended up getting an above ask offer from a first day showing. Closed 4 weeks later!

House #4, Chaucer Circle, bought in August - sold in November. Dirtiest house we’ve purchased but one of the best experiences
Met a lot of the neighbors and hired a bunch to work on this house and our next one too. Arturo replaced all the windows, Eddie did an amazing job on the landscaping, Frazier did great tile work, and “Next door Fred” kept an eagle eye on our place. Great people and now great additions to our team!

Property number 3 sold the first week of August only 6 weeks after we bought it!
Our realtor, Frankie, showed the property when it was only half renovated! We were afraid the couple would be scared away. They loved the place and could see the vision we had of the finished property. We got a full price offer that day.
So....we put our collective noses to the grindstone to get the property ready for them as soon as possible. Mission accomplished 👍🏻
