I'm a freelance AIPB Certified Bookkeeper based in San Luis Obispo County who offers monthly bookkeeping plans as well as project-based bookkeeping services at your home or office, or online. I am an educated professional with an Associate's degree who completed the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) Certified Bookkeeper program and the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification. My specialties include small business accounting functions such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll calculation, payroll tax reporting, manufacturing and inventory, cost accounting, and general ledger entries.
With thorough knowledge of GAAP principles, solid understanding of accrual accounting, strong organizational skills, and advanced technology abilities, I provide a range of services to assist you and/or your business. My bookkeeping services encompass management of AR and AP, bank and credit card reconciliation, transaction entry, and generation of financial statements. I own and use both iOS and PC and I have extensive experience with QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Excel, and Word on both operating systems, as well as Square, PayPal, and Shopify integration.
