As an insurance agency that sees this regularly, this article is hard to read. Way to often, we encounter individuals who are underinsured and not willing to increase policy coverages due to pricing. We are constantly competing with agents that are willing to sell lower coverage levels just to win on price. This is a fundamental flaw among agencies. We are proud to say we sell based on coverage, not price. We encourage everyone to review their coverage levels. The increased cost of construction in Colorado is at an all time high. We have seen some relief the last few years. Let’s not forget how this impacted our insurance rates. With this relief, carriers have been able to recover. This means now is a good time to revisit your insurance rates.

Who else is getting tired of hail? Here is a map of the reported hail in Colorado Springs in 2018. According to StormerSite there has been 86 Hail Reports in Colorado Springs this year, the largest Hail measuring at 4 inches.
