What an incredible 7 years..

From office moves. New environments, new challenges, new growth. Every change came with its own lessons—and every step forward was worth it.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly incredible team members. The kind of people who show up, push you to be better, and remind you why you started in the first place. And behind the scenes, mentors who’ve poured knowledge, perspective, and guidance into me at just the right moments.

At home—two kids, an amazing wife who continue to be my biggest motivation. Balancing it all hasn’t always been perfect, but it’s been real. Early mornings, late nights, small wins, big milestones, and a whole lot of life in between.

Grateful for the growth. Grateful for the people. And excited for what’s next.

Had some sweet 1-on-1 time with my youngest—lots of chatting (like… ALL morning 😄), followed by puppy snuggles and a good cup of coffee ☕🐾

Safe to say, today’s already off to a great start.
