Here’s one thing I recommend before every PCS:

If you haven’t used it in the last year, ask yourself if it’s worth packing.

Less clutter means less stress when you arrive at your next duty station.

Question: What’s the one item you’ve moved every PCS but never actually used?

Your closing date isn’t just about when you get the keys. 🔑

Close early in the month = more prepaid interest and potentially more cash at closing.

Close near the end = less prepaid interest and potentially less cash at closing.

Same first payment date. Different cash to close.

Little details can make a BIG difference when buying a home.
