Long before the zoo we know today, Colorado Springs was home to Zoo Park, created in the early 1900s by colorful Chicago politician and saloon owner “Bathhouse” John Coughlin.

Credit tip you may not know 👀

Paying your credit card in full every month is a great habit—but when you pay can matter, too.

Credit card issuers typically report your balance around your statement closing date. That means a higher balance could appear on your credit report even if you plan to pay it in full by the due date. Making a payment before your statement closes may help lower the utilization that gets reported.
