We often hear the question, "When will rates come down?" The straightforward answer is, "Nobody knows." It's crucial to keep in mind that the Federal Reserve's decision on interest rates is just one of many elements affecting the market. In fact, it plays a smaller role than you might think. Various economic factors influence interest rates, so even if the Fed doesn't cut rates as soon as we'd like, there's still a cautiously optimistic outlook for better rates ahead.
