Earlier this week, I had the chance to hear a panel of absolute rock star Realtors share how they win listings.
These are seasoned pros — hundreds of transactions and decades of experience between them.
During the Q&A, I asked:
“For listings that are getting showings but not offers, how are you leveraging your lender relationships to help get those interested buyers off the fence?”
And I could almost see the thought bubbles appear over their heads.
