Knights of Columbus worldwide are praying for their brother Knights and families in Ukraine, where the Order has been present for nearly a decade — and counts more than 1,800 members in 40 councils across the nation. Pictured here are members of Blessed Nicholas Charnetsky Council 16848 in Zolochiv, Ukraine, praying during an 2020 event benefitting children with special needs. For the council’s various efforts assisting children with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy and other conditions, the Knights in Zolochiv received the Order’s International “Life” Program Award during the Order’s 138th Supreme Convention.
