Colorado Family and friends and REALESTATE PROS! Thanksfest(where we will give hundreds of families full Thanksgiving dinners) is coming up here on the 18th, and we have added a clothing donation aspect this year! On top of a full thanksgiving meal that families will be receiving, we also will be giving out as many items of clothing that we can to these families. We are targeting coats, jackets, hats, gloves, SHOES, and other winter items, but any items will do! Shoes are especially appreciated! If you can, we are accepting these donations in person this Saturday the 11th at my dads house, address below. If you can’t make this Saturday, please DM me so that we can meet up before Thanksfest on the 18th. You wouldn’t believe how fast the clothes go at the event, as most of the families rely on this event to get their kids winter gear. Reminder, ALL of these families are living below the poverty line in El Paso county, so they could really use some community love this time of year. Please take a moment and take that coat out of the back of your closet that you haven’t worn in 3 years and give it back to the community because I promise there is someone who would love to wear it every day! ALL SIZES welcome, as these families range in size and shape, from newborns to growing young men. If something doesn’t get taken, CPCD, the program that sponsors these families, will take the items and distribute to other families in need. See you on Saturday, the 11th, 9AM-12PM. There will be donuts and coffee at my house as well 😉
